is that rogue bull tamable? I was going to try but then forgot and went to post-searing

You can only tame (some of the) animals that have a green name. The rogue bull has a red name meaning it's only an enemy.

That's not true, as you can tame the wolf that's running around in the fields right outside the Abbey. However, I've never tried taming the bull.

As far as I know you cannot tame the bull. There is a mesmer quest that requires you to kill it.
